Product Consultation and Evaluation
I'm an industry professional, an award winning inventor, a bestselling author. I have received countless awards for selling millions of dollars of products. I have been a serial entrepreneur since I was fourteen, have sold my products into over 22,000 stores in 23 countries and have been on all the major shopping channels in the US and abroad. I have helped people like you - from all over the world, with product ideas, marketing and business strategy requests, financing, and more. (Click for full bio, a new window will open) I work with products, inventions, businesses, that are fully complete, almost finished, and everything in between. And if I can't help you, I usually know someone that has the expertise you need.
I receive a lot of products and inventions - of all types - those suited for television or just brick and mortar retail. I also help people with B2B inventions (business to business), commercial inventions, or people just looking to license their product. I help people with millions of dollars and I've helped people in debt to their ears. I work with successful inventors and brand new inventors. The products that make it have a few things in common. They are extremely useful, solve a common problem, are a "better mousetrap," have broad appeal.
Additionally, the inventors that succeed all have one thing in common. They know that after spending thousands of dollars on patenting and prototyping, that they must also spend money and expend effort on marketing if they are to succeed. They know that just because they received a patent, it doesn't mean their mailbox and voicemail will be flooded overnight. And the successful ones that elect not to file a patent, what they all have in common is they know that being first and fastest to the market is vital to success. Both of these types of inventors also know that like raising children, it takes a village to launch an invention. Networking, and leveraging people is vital to your success.
And after all these years I know one thing for sure. The key to being successful with your product or invention is having a great product. Many times, when I receive a product, the product is good but not great. Often, it only takes a few tweaks to make it appeal to a broader audience or function better in its mechanics.
Sometimes a product is just "good" but if it can be seen by many people it can be a success. Sometimes it only takes a few phone calls or appointments through my network of contacts to make this a reality for someone. Quite often, however, an inventor or product developer loves their product so much, they think it is the greatest thing since sliced bread, that they can't hear objective advice. This is the toughest person to help, but I can usually get through to them with sound advice from experience and scientific data that I can cull from various sources at my disposal - often within seconds and while we're on the phone together.
Sometimes a product is "so-so" at first glance but it turns out to be a runaway success. For this reason (and many more), I always respect the creative process one has gone through, whether following a dream, a muse, an insight that occurred in a split second, Divine Intervention, or something other, and I always trust that the individual is on a path that is right for them, knowing that the key is to think in terms of possibilities and not negativities.
Another thing I know for sure, is that I will always speak my mind and the truth as I know it to be. But I'll be gentle with my advice because I have been there countless times, knocking at the door, sitting bolt upright in the night, standing in front of someone with passionate idea in hands, wondering what the outcome will be.
I'm keenly aware that every aspect of your invention can contain a million dollar possibility and so I scrutinize every aspect of its function and potential appeal. I know many markets, niches, and other avenues of possibilities for many types of products, as I have been relentless in my own experiences to capture audiences - consumers, licensees, licensors, manufacturers, and many others too numerous to list.
During the consultation period, you and your product are the center of my world - like a great puzzle I hope to complete and launch with you. Once completely absorbed, we'll talk and I'll give you my notes, follow-ups after the call if they hit me, and unbiased insight that will hopefully give you the rocket boost you need to succeed.
Please know that the analysis I give is not some academic BS designed to overwhelm and confuse you. I don't provide a three ring binder three inches thick full of nonsense. What I share with you is very practical, bottom-line, and you will hear it loud and clear. I don't dictate, I share and consult.
I charge an unbelievably fair, some say ridiculously low, fee of $295 for a product evaluation/phone consultation. Services include exhaustive insight, reviewed in an unhurried phone consultation. Most people only need thirty to forty five minutes, but the calls go for as long as they need to, within reason of course. My phone calls have made people wealthy and they've saved others thousands of dollars in mistakes.
Complete the form found here (click for form - a new window will open) and email any other product information (photos, etc., the more the better) along with your phone number, address, and name of your product to my assistant:
And make a payment using the button below. You will be directed to Paypal where you can use a credit card or your Paypal account. We will follow up within 48-72 hours with a proposed time for the phone call.
Lastly, I work fast so you will likely be able to talk with me within two weeks of submitting your product.
As far as MARKETING help is concerned, that is where the rubber meets the road. My strongest asset, next to creativity. I can possibly open many doors for you - doors to the television shopping channels, into retail, licensing opportunities (I have many inventor friends just checking their mailboxes for royalty checks), financing opportunities, and more.
Note: When writing to us please use the word "consultation" or "new product" in the subject line of your email so that we don't miss it because we get a lot of spam.
Thanks in advance!
